Unioeler lubricator EPO - UNI centralized lubrication unit - Capacity 9000 ml - EPO 9000 model

The centralized UNI EPO 9000 lubrication unit is supplied as a mounting unit with a pump and an oil tank ready to be installed (EET 200 pump mounted on an aluminum tank with 5 liters of contents). > The pump has been designed for single-line operation, keeping light for medium-chain machines intermittent lubrication with a max. 1.5 bar at a height up to approx. 10 meters.

The distribution at each point of the lubrication is carried out by UNI dripping systems of ETR and MTR lubricators.

For chain lubrication, combinations with UNI SPR-SPF lubricating brushes or RSM / RSM-B roller brushes they passed the tests excellently.

The pump is monitored directly by an existing machine control unit or switched by our programmable UNI timing and TUP 1078/1 pulse generator.

For level control in the storage tank, the EPO 9000 centralized lubrication unit (UNI) can on request supplied with an integrated magnetic float switch.

Caution: The EPO 9000 central lubrication units are available for up to 6 pumps mounted EET 200. This means that it is possible to supply six lubrication lines from a storage tank with separate control.

Type EPO 9000: aluminum

Operating mode: Continuous intermittent function (In time 0.5 s up to 90 s).

Within this time frame, a continuous task is intermittent with 100% of the work cycle is insured as long as the off-time is at least equal to the on-time set.

Operating mode: Short-term task (In time 0.5 s up to 150 s) Within this time interval from 90 s up to max. 150 s, the result must be at least twice to that of the on-time set, 50% of the work cycle. Between 0.5 s and 90 s off-time must be minimal same as on-time set.
